      Pros

      Gives a great opportunity to fresh grads, it give a good way to enter the industry because this industry is becoming harder and harder by time for freshers. My advice is to stay low, learn and get your salary. Co workers are great people, they are the same as you. Salary is pretty good comparing to other companies.

      Cons

      Management. They treat employees as students. But, if you are friends, you will have a great time in the company.

      You really do not want to deal with this company. Worst management I have ever seen, zero work–life balance, no feedback, absolutely no care for employees. Management shows up only to politely(sometimes not) insult people, treating them like machines instead of human beings. They will randomly switch your project, no time to adapt. Salaries are low — below market level. The schedule is unhealthy and will genuinely make you sick. Do not think twice. This is a straight no. A complete waste of time.

      Read all the 1 star reviews on the site, they are all correct. The 5 Star reviews (This is to Show OP and bla bla) are from the "Club" or "Favorites" other people have mentioned, they might start a campaign forcing current employees to do that soon, ignore it. I don't even feel it's worth the typing or reiterating what others have mentioned.

      Management is the worst, they curse, scream, and use the worst words if you ever made any mistake You will be cursed and screamed at if you get 1 minute late You will be cursed and screamed at if you take your break and got 1 minute late You will be cursed and screamed at if you go the supermarket You will be cursed and screamed at if you go for a short walk Juniors are introduced as seniors, so you need to work as a senior Bad salaries Inexperienced team leads and managers won't help you you need to pull long hours so you can finish the task or you will be cursed and screamed at
