Pros

Optimy has a great, international team of people who are always willing to help each other and are in for a good laugh. You can learn a lot from the people working there. The people make it a great place to be.

Cons

The CEO blocks any growth of the company. People are kept small under his lead, are micro managed and do not get any freedom to do their work to their best abilities.

Pros

- Result oriented which empowers you - Great international team who are always willing to help each other - A lot of opportunities to make a positive impact - You will surround yourself with highly motivated people, which will motive you even more... Great environment, great colleagues and fast paced. Constantly changing with an ambition to always do better.

Cons

- Lacks the usual tech benefits such as fruit juices, healthy snacks, hamburger day, etc - If you don't like the challenge of a fast paced environment with constant change then it can be challenging

You are right, we do not offer what you call the usual tech benefits but we will continue to invest in our employees and into company benefits in the future such as introducing a better workspace environment etc.. Optimy is a fast-paced environment and constant change is something that will occur in a scale-up organisation. However, we are always learning and improving at each stage of change.

No clear direction, huge turnover, and a CEO overshadowing the managers

Good location (metro line 5 nearby) Nice and friendly colleagues

Cons

Wages lower than average, and overall unattractive package Huge turnover: people constantly come and go "Low-cost" company: you have to bring your own coffe, your own pens, etc. No clear direction: you start working on a project or a particular market, and then a few weeks later you're told it's not worth it anymore CEO vs. Managers: your manager can give you an objective in the morning, and in the afternoon, the CEO will come to you directly to say "scrap it, do the opposite". This happens on a regular basis. Nearly 50 people (inclunding interns), and there is no real HR department
