Outcome is a lean and agile organization that can tackle the challenges ahead! - Identification with the product >> We have a unique product with the potential to disrupt the German/European FinTech-Advertising market, introducing a much more advanced targeting mechanism than current standards, that gives the customer his/her fair share back in return for his data ;) - Built the product together >> regardless in which business unit you are working, everyone can participate and bring in ideas that are sharpening the product. - X-functional collaboration >> the new org is designed for people to work x-functional. There is a great supportive spirit, where you can approach (nearly) everyone if you need help - Great mix between office days and home-office, assuring that you met your team members but still have enough flexibility - Great office with a roof-top terrace in the heart of Berlin - A party-loving crowd that can burn the roof of every club ;)
Cons
- Still a lot of groundwork needs to be done. After the MVP go-live of our new product in April/May 2022, we lost precious time - Start-Up comes with a lot of uncertainty and higher need to manoeuvre/react on short-term developments. - Car parking facilities around the office are expensive
