Pros
Sincerely focus on providing client focused treatment services to people in need of substance use disorder treatment. Compassionate, caring, professional and wholistic approach while maintaining a modern approach to addiction treatment. As with many non-profit organizations in this underserved area they are efficient with their resources to accommodate as many as possible. The individuals who work here have heart and are supportive.
Cons
I've observed some internal friction between departments that could use some attention, and some of the process related paperwork management could be streamlined and updated.

Great place to work with wonderful supervisors and coworkers. This place has taught me so much about the field
Cons
Becoming a full-time benefitted employee was a very long journey. I could not wait that long.
