A decent job although there is no Room for Growth
Pros
-day schedule, no weekends, 7 federal holidays off and most paid -some sick days/ vacation days -not a labor intensive job and usually a reasonable work load -nice office mine happened to be new
Cons
-no resource to see HR benefits, work days, etc -upper management is at times not understanding -unless youre at corporate HQ you're alone which can be isolating and not an environment to thrive -no advancement opportunities it is difficult to move up unless youre at HQ -difficult to get promotion/raise due to nature of limited work(they want you to stay at the same spot doing the same thing over and over) -operations mngment does not have exemplary leadership and seems to dislike "subordinates" -although director of operations is kind and better suited with management they should not link personal social media as your ignorant politics are not a good look for the company... whether youre on whatever side of politics it's unprofessional
