      None, staff not very nice and I've heard certain male members of staff are racist. Watch out.

      It's online and you get a lot of customers

      Cons

      Earnings are under any normal level. You have to stay online and speak to all of the visitors for free. Waste of time and money which you can earn from other companies without wasting your time for free to be a clown for not paying customers
