      Pros

      As a socially awkward person I felt at home right from the first day. A friendly and supportive team where every problem is everybody’s problem. That’s bit exaggerated but you got the idea ;)

      Cons

      At the moment we’re short on people, but new members are joining soon. It’s just that our businesses are growing faster than the team!

      - Very clear business vision and goals - Clear work expectations and deliverables with company-wide OKR planning every quarter - High engagement from leadership in the team's well-being - Very competent HR team - Overall, a positive work environment with highly motivated and skilled team members

      Cons

      So far, I haven't experienced anything negative. The leadership shows considerable interest in the workforce's well-being and provides frequent opportunities to share improvement suggestions. The team works very cohesively thanks to clear company goals and priorities.
