      - Good salary and benefits - Great coworkers - Some exciting projects and interesting clients - Work life balance is good

      Cons

      - Zero opportunity for growth - Culture verges on toxic - management gossips about the performance of their employees to that employee's peers - You can get assigned a project, work on it for a full week or two, only to have your work brushed off and forgotten about - Arbitrary performance benchmarks; nothing you do is good enough

      Pros

      The work that they do for the customer is cool, pay was okay.

      Cons

      This was the first company that I have worked for in over 12 years of corporate experience that does not value their employees or work at all. Compensation was fine but hours were long, errors with benefits, payroll mishaps, no communication and overall poor management. I do not think they have changed since 2018.
