Pros

- Central location - Decent work/life balance - Interesting seasonal events

Cons

- Dishonest and misleading style of management - Preferential treatment - Not listening to what people have to say or ignoring it - Ignoring inner problems, inventing excuses and not solving the employee retention problems at their roots - Asking staff to write positive (fake) reviews on Glassdoor - Dull work environment and projects

Pros

To be honest, really not many. The team in London is great and (current) office location is very convenient.

Cons

The product is terrible, no innovation and very dated compared to competition. This is proven by the fact that there are is no new business generated in Europe or the US. The business is being caried by the few existing customers. I have never worked in a business with such high staff turnover, just recently, half the US team was fired for example. It's an atmosphere or fear, led by a management team that has no experience. I am seriously worried about the future of the product, its place in the market and the company as a whole.

While there have been some changes to our internal structure, I can assure you the changes have been made for the benefit of our employees and the business. I am very sorry to hear how you are feeling and I would encourage you to speak to your manager or the people team to address these feelings so we can help you work through them and show you that is not what Orbus is trying to display. We are continuously developing as a business and with that so is our product and our management team. As we continue to grow, we will always experience changes, and the changes Orbus choose to make have been and will continue to be made through consideration and care to our employees and the business.
