      Pros

      Exposure to entire software stack and opportunities to understand the architecture from the ground up. Fast paced and exciting work

      Cons

      Because it's a small company more responsibility can rest on the shoulders of the individual contributors than might happen at a larger company. Can lead to stress when deadlines are near

      Pros

      The women that USED to be part of this Organization.

      Cons

      This company has no strategy and no future. They will eliminate you for no reason other than retaliatory reasons. They eliminated all of the women in the company in a 5 month period. Few remain and most aren't even full time. Those who are left often complained of being talked over and ignored. It is a toxic environment. The "CEO" of the company has no business being in this business. It was a good idea that fell into the hands of wrong people. Skip!
