Flexibility, the staff are lovely, the hours are great and that’s where it ends.
Cons
The organisation lacks accountability, staff are lazy and don’t do anything. Managers are equally as lazy and lack leadership. The pay is by far the lowest in the industry and you are held hostage with no pay increase for years if you manage to hit the 110%. Customer satisfaction is very low and colleagues think your a pain when you try and help the customers out. The level of complaints are on the increase because colleagues don’t care about their jobs and are constantly telling customers to complain knowing full well nothing gets done. The organisation should really start from starch. It’s ambitious in wanting to be better but needs the right people in the right places. Customers safety is put into jeopardy by the lack of compliance process. Where the contracts managers don’t care as long as they are being paid to do nothing. The customers are really the losers in this organisation and it pains me to see.
