      Lovely team of people, everyone is helpful to each other

      Founder led strategy is often hit and miss, changes rapidly, new ideas and direction monthly. Very reactive style

      - Met amazing people who have become friends and still in regular contact with - Upskilled very quickly dure to exposure of different languages

      Cons

      - Lots of empty promises, especially around pay - Pay rise only came once my notice was handed in, which was too late - Constant change in direction on ways of working with management changes - Change of direction in last minute on working on features - No enginerring structure for progression
