I have been working at OrthoIndy full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Friendly staff and reasonable hours.

    Cons

A number of "budget saving initiatives" have been implemented recently that have resulted in a sharp decline in employee morale. It has seemed that the company has shifted focus to maximizing profit, while throwing employee retention and by the wayside. There has been a mass exodus as of late, due to employees being unhappy with the way management has been treating their concerns and themselves. There is also little to no opportunities for advancement, as well as no clear vertical career paths for employees. If you are hired into one department, you will likely not be considered for any advancement opportunities other than the minimal, almost lateral, moves within that department.

I worked at OrthoIndy full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Benefits are decent but getting worse. Employee are having to pay more for less benefits.

    Cons

No respect from Management. The company has gone down hill and I don't see it getting any better until Tim Dicke is no longer president.
