I have been working for The Outside Clinic now for over 20 years and have seen many positive changes and advancements over the years. I've worked with a great bunch of colleagues over my time here, some of whom have become life-long friends. If you put the hard work in, you get the appreciation of a good job well done! The company are always keen for employees to progress their career and that could be in your current department, or there could be an opportunity to transfer to another department and move into a completely different role. Great discount on glasses that increases with length of service. Treat Days awarded every year (if no sickness absence).

It was a great company with excellent aftercare and customer based provision until it was sold in 2020, it now only concentrates on the sight test. Oversells cheaper, products with no real aftercare, making at least a third of the aftercare staff redundant.
