Unprofessional HR and unfair dismissal practices

Pros

Will unfairly dismiss you. Uses PIP to make sure you don’t have any claims against them if you raise labor case in the court. If the client wants you gone, they will help them and have you dismissed without having to pay any severance. That’s how they work. Disrespectful and power tripping HR leaders.

Cons

Management doesn’t really care about staff being illegally dismissed due to unrealistic client demands. They overly protect their clients to the point where employee’s side are never considered.

Pros

The clients are generally good to work with, and I never received complaints about the quality of my work from the clients I supported.

Cons

My experience with management was extremely disappointing. It felt like certain managers would create new rules or constantly change KPIs to target employees they no longer wanted in the company, regardless of actual job performance or client satisfaction. Even when my clients had no issues with my work, I still felt I was being pushed out through unrealistic expectations and shifting performance standards. Instead of supporting employees, management often seemed focused on finding reasons to discipline or remove them. The work environment became emotionally exhausting. The constant pressure, inconsistent expectations, and lack of fair treatment had a significant impact on my mental well-being. In my experience, some individuals in HR and at the director level displayed unprofessional and intimidating behavior, making it difficult for employees to raise concerns or feel psychologically safe.

Remote work available, but toxic culture and management

Pros

Pay is okay, remote work opportunities.

Cons

Toxic and Biased Management, Toxic work culture too much politics. Communication between management and technical teams could be improved. Career progression and decision-making processes were sometimes unclear. They do not really value people.
