      All the things that come with a small shop

      Pros

      It's a small team, so the opportunities to get your hands on what you want to work on is extremely high. As well as having your voice heard.

      Cons

      But there are downsides to a small team as well, being less support and the potential for long hours on certain projects.

      Amazing team, feels like a family. Great split work from home and office schedule. Good pay and vacation time.

      Cons

      Working with leadership is sometimes intense, and views on business decisions are often not aligned company-wide.
