Working with clinic managers Helping animals in the community Staff incentive/rewards - lunches, celebrate anniversaries/birthdays, gift cards etc.

Cons

Very green HR department and head office. Very little help. Supports toxic environments in lieu of profits. Wages seem to be dependent on popularity vote. No rhyme or reason in wage disparity. Strive to be the "non-corporate corporate" and do not have any idea how to achieve being a different kind of corporate. Embrace the worst of corporate values while throwing fuzzy, cliché words out to sound nice.

The only upside was working with animals…

Employees keep leaving because of how terrible the work conditions here are! Low pay, brutal workloads, unreasonable demands, as well as having to deal with managers who don’t know how to show people any respect!
