      It is truly amazing how new CEO can ruin a great company in three months

      Horrible culture, lying management, useless HR,people leave faster, than get hired. Sinking ship

      Pros

      Some groups work collaborative. It’s a constant internal operational mess, but they are trying to hire people to fix things. Location is now more competitive with other biotechs.

      Cons

      Unnecessary lengthy and disorganized meetings. Lack of communication from senior leadership. CEO is a newbie and will never transition to an operational leader. Compensation is not up to market. Benefits are also not up to market.
