Pros
Pay is good for overhead employee and Vacation benefits were good. Bought by a far superior company in Amentum
Cons
Treated overseas employee different than stateside employees, no Short term disability offered, no maternity leave authorized. Medical Benefits and Life insurance at least double what stateside rates were. Underbid contracts to pad their portfolio before the sale to Amentum. Upper management not fully versed in the aspects of each contract. HR always busy and very slow to respond. Toxic Management and the good old boy network.
