Pros

Decent pay and meaningful work if you just ignore what’s going on around you with management and staff

Cons

The majority in the higher positions are people who are the owners friends, family or same ethnicity. This causes huge favoritism and makes other employees actually doing their job feel undervalued and frustrated. Doesn’t matter if those who are favorites don’t do their job or mistreat clients. THEY ARE THE ONES WHO GET REWARDED. It’s very discouraging.

Dangerous Intersection of Ineptitude and Nepotism

Pros

Starting pay is slightly above industry standard. Flexible scheduling.

Cons

This company values loyalty over ability. This company values public image over accurate reporting of incidents. This company prefers employees who follow orders and do not advocate for themselves. Senior positions are filled via family/friend connections regardless of capability or experience. If you're interested in playing petty corporate politics, this is the place for you.
