      Fee for service therapist

      Pros

      As a fee for service therapist, one has autonomy at this clinic.

      Cons

      The general atmosphere of the clinic shows a complete lack of concern for their vulnerable clients and employees. It has become a Medicaid mill. The CEO Jakob Barak is a sociopath.

      Pros

      I have nothing nice to say about this company. I don't like how upper management treats people. They are very unorganized I would never apply again.

      Cons

      Unorganized, no training, not enough money, wrong phone numbers/addresses for clients, they make you pay for items you never received. If you do not give them your charger they threaten to take it out of your check. They don't care if you are sick they want you to put yourself at risk and go to clients houses are sick and have bed bugs.

      Supervisors treat you like sh*t and are allowed to get away with it.

      Pros

      Working with clients and cool co-workers.

      Cons

      Not all but the majority of upper management is extremely unpleasant to work with and extremely unprofessional. Any complaints to their supervisor or human resources is swept under the rug. Mangers also like to belittle and retaliate against their staff.
