      Solid Company with a Caveat

      Pros

      Professional and friendly management team.

      Cons

      PD Systems is outstanding at winning contracts. They won my contract 5 years in a row. The problem is that my salary stayed the same for all 5 years, and this happens across the board with this company. Extremely rare for anyone to get even a cost of living type pay raise. It demoralizes a person.

      Pros

      Best Company I have ever worked for. The leadership holds everyone to high ethical standards. In my position I deal with many other companies and always feel as though PD Systems has the moral advantage.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any at this time. My experience has been more than satisfying and I enjoy getting up and heading to work every morning.
