      - Interesting work in public/social sector in developing countries - Because of the above, the firm attracts likeminded people, which are easy to work with. Colleagues are smart - Salary and benefits are great - Firm's reputation is praised worldwide and looked up to as a model Overall a privilege position where one can provide recommendations to clients especially governments without the typical govt bureaucracy limiting what advise one can provide and implementation methods

      Cons

      - As with any org, team dynamics can vary, and some interactions may be challenging especially with seniors and old-timers - Sometimes "visibility" valued more than results, creates performative culture and style over substance - Some office politics, competition for promotions, and micro-politics cause emotional draining - The consulting industry is not exactly thriving with AI disrupting, so stability and future career growth may be an issue
