      Pros

      Great Learning Opportunities – The company provides excellent chances to grow and improve skills. Work-Life Balance – A balanced workload that allows you to manage both work and personal life effectively. Supportive Team & Leadership – Colleagues, managers, and even the CEO are friendly, helpful, and approachable. Positive Company Culture – A welcoming and collaborative work environment. Generous Leave Policy – Good leave benefits at the start of the financial year. Recognition & Encouragement – Managers appreciate our work and constantly motivate us.

      Cons

      Break Time – Only 45 minutes of break time for the entire workday. Compensation & Benefits – No EPF & Insurance. Early Start Time – The workday starts at 8:30 AM; a 10:00 AM start would be more convenient for me

      Incompetent Leadership, Outdated Tech, and Exploitative Culture

      Some colleagues are talented and helpful. Opportunity to experiment, but mostly on outdated project

      Cons

      Unprofessional Leadership: The leadership talks behind employees' backs like a teenager. Maybe because they lack experience in running a startup or business. Instead of leading, they burn cash, incur losses, and vent frustrations on employees. No Scalable Projects: The work is limited to small business CMS solutions, with nothing innovative or scalable to gain real experience. Exploitative Work Culture: Leadership expects employees to tolerate low pay and long hours under the "startup" excuse. Outdated Technology & Unethical Practices: They are looting customers' money using weird, outdated coding methods that offer no real value.
