      Great company, Great People high stress

      Pros

      You wear lots of hats and get exposure to lots of different aspects of the business.

      Cons

      Everything is always a "big" issue. No matter if its small or not, nothing can wait till tomorrow and you receive 300+ emails a day.

      Systems are overly complex and unreliable. There seems to be a lot of politics going on with management. The communication is poor from the executives. .
