- Free lunch and snacks - Exposure to a different geography

Cons

- The senior leadership doesn't seem to have a vision - clearly visible in the quality of projects/ engagements they undertake. - Most of the senior leaders have been with the firm right from the beginning of their career, are not open to feedback. The culture is intrusive with lots of micromanagement. There is no culture of growth and collaboration. - There are no Subject Matter Experts to provide guidance to juniors so learning gets hampered there. - Timings are flexible they say, but one has to : 1. Finish 8.5 hours per day, 42.5 hours per week 2. Ensure they reach office by 11.00 am, else half day 3. Ensure they do not leave office before 4.45 pm, else half day.

The Pay structure is quite competitive here. Most of the colleagues and people from senior management are quite friendly and easy going. Mixed work quality - some really challenging projects as well as some repetitive sort of. Work-life balance is good for most of the positions except for the senior management where people may require to travel on weekends. Last but not the least : Free food, snacks, beverages, cab etc

Cons

There is a lack of formal training at the Company. Also, the client can contact you on Sunday as its not a holiday in the Middle-East. Brand recognition is not that much.
