      Plenty of room and independent airspace, Although only air around when help is needed.

      At one point the commission was mostly competitive. HR and fleet management were always very responsive if not to the right things at the right time anyway.

      Cons

      Commissions were cut without employee consent, vehicles were not maintained by the company and left unsafe, Continuous stream of money going into assets not worthy, extremely slow response from upper management or too much of a response from upper management in an overbearing way, lots of driving, competitive industry, hazards in the mobile service lab
