      Nice ambience, lot of nice people, flexible hours, relax attire. No complicated authorization procedures.

      Poor management, unclear job tasks, unnecessary micromanagement. No clear plan

      - flexible working hours - competitive salary - accessible with little/ no previous experience in technology field

      Cons

      - very toxic environment and elbow mentality - leadership with no/ very poor leadership qualities and people skills - unclear strategy and mission of the company - mens club in the C-Level and as a consequence no innovative ideas but a very conservative way of leading
