A Growing company that give you opportunities for personal growth

From my experience they are always willing to listen to opinions on how to make things better - loads of things been brought in off the back of feedback. One of the main things is the people: lovely people who are so helpful. Before I wrote this a con would have been the lack of options to work from home for all people, but they have trialled it with a few teams and looks like it is being rolled out across the board soon. The benefit of a growing company is that there seems to be new opportunities job opportunities all the time which is very exciting. Very strange that I have read a few negative comments about HR, from my experience they have been super supportive when people have needed help from the company with any personal situations or sickness. I think people should realise that HR works for the company and if you are not doing your job well or being a negative contribution in work then HR will never be your friend in any company! So a bit naïve to think otherwise from my point of view. Overall I find it a fun place to work with some great people.... And we have adopted a stray dog called Marko.

I would love if they did more charity and community things No on site catering at the moment but it sounds like something is coming
