Pros
Not much, you can develop your skills since you have a ton of equipment, and documents that can teach you more than what anyone else at the company can. This company is a real-life embodiment of The Office.
Cons
Both physically and emotionally toxic to employees. Pay is also not representing Santa Clara county pay scale. Expect to get paid <60k/year for an engineering role. Nothing is documented so it's impossible to reproduce same results for customers. Equipment is also old, and dangerous to work with.
