      Pros

      You get a lot of authority just after start. A small office and team gives your the chance to work in different fields. You decide yourself where you want to go. A very cosy office.

      Cons

      Managers are very busy, travelling a lot and therefore not easy to have a chat.

      Pros

      Management really trusts their employees and their skills, which is reflected in the level of autonomy given to individuals. The product is fantastic and customers are aware of this so from a sales perspective it’s great. The team is supportive and you can make real friendships here. Senior management seems to really care about the team and is constantly working to improve the product, processes and give us the tools we need to do our jobs effectively.
