Pros

Fancy offices in We Work, hipsters who spend some extra cash on drinks once in a while.

Cons

Completely fake front for a business. Owner preaches about his “papa” without missing a beat when in actuality he just wants to sign up enough members to take their Medicare advantage insurance $ and run with it. Complete glorified home health that won’t last especially with new restrictions. They underpay their customer teams too.

Pros

Supportive team leads and coworkers, flexibility to work remotely & full benefits after 90 days.

Cons

Consistent system issues, longstanding "glitch" with dialer system, lack of crisis training, compensation could be better, upper management could be more helpful in addressing crucial pain points, the company could benefit from extended training periods and clear role descriptions. I feel as though the role description was misleading - especially when realized that we would be acting as more of a call center, than providing companionship to our members. Once a leaderboard was introduced, it left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never feel comfortable competing for bonuses off of the strength of our member's personal and emotional well-being.

Terrible support and pay

Pros

The concept is good and it was rewarding to create connection with some of the members

Cons

You better pay attention to your pay. They never pay the correct amount for the miles. The pinch penny constantly and don’t provide the appropriate Support. I was constantly reaching out for one problem or the other. The app is cheap and unstable. I stopped working with them after they refused to pay for two visits scheduled and booked in the app and that I worked!. I am sure they collected but didn’t pay me, supposedly because they did not allow more than 10 hours a week with the same member, yet they scheduled it and booked it in the app? Rip off!
