      Pros

      Work/Life balance can be quite positive if you are in the right positions. Sometimes it seems the care about the workers.

      Cons

      Work is unfairly distributed. They take more care about appearances and not about what really cares. (Bad) Agile seems to be more important than technical issues.

      Pros

      Nice culture, but it seems to be getting worse slowly. You might be eligible to 8:00-15:00 schedule. Yearly salary review

      Cons

      Some projects are incredibly outdated. The company is too worried about marketing and getting more people, before no junior would be hired, but now all we get are junior developers.

      Pros

      Good working environment, good colleagues if you work in the offices. They care and the managers look and behave like humans.

      Cons

      You feel forsaken when working in the client offices. You are no more than a resource. You are given a laptop and try to do your best. I could not get a proper chair at the client, ir was madness.
