Job is quite flexible with office and wfh. There is little top-down management all things considered. People seem quite content.

Unusual office politics. When you staple many agencies together you end up with a weird mix of office culture. Some top-down decisions are difficult to approve of too. Office is hotdesk, which might not be for everyone.
