      Pros

      I set daily goals for myself and this way I can notice my progress and feel more confident. I enjoy working with this team as I know my efforts will be appreciated and my results acknowledged. The team is reliable, I can always count on their support. I like the different incentives put in place to drive performance. From simple money incentives to fully paid trips or holidays. There’s always something new to add to the week. After I finish work I feel a sense of achievement.

      Cons

      In marketing you have to be self-motivated, clients have different personalities.

      Great team of people to work with Good pay and benefits, they pay by experience Hybrid schedules once training is completed Great clientele all over the world, traveling to all different countries for events. Mon-Fri job, work with team regarding work life balance In the event business balance is not easy but Paragon Events works with the staff to support the employees needs.

      No cons for me. programs says I need to enter 5 cons - hard to do when you like your job Staff turn-over- due to them not being able to do the task requested Those who have left felt they should get to work from home all the time- in this business you can't

      Pros

      I am grateful to work at Paragon and love what we do. There is a level of passion that everyone puts in to their work that you don't find a lot of places. There are high expectations at all levels of the company, but for those who understand "if you want to be the best you have to work with the best" you will get on well here. If you just want to punch a clock and are ok with the bare minimum, this is probably not the place for you. Hard work and excellence are recognized and awarded here.
