Hello. We are pleased to hear that you gained a positive hands-on experience. I apologize if you felt as though you were “thrown into” the position. I would welcome a call to find out how the training program and staff one-on-one’s did not support your starting experience. Event management is ranked as one of the most stressful industries in the country, so it is a necessity that professionals enjoy the fast-paced environment. While it may be chaotic at times, we strongly endorse other team members to help and support each other. In addition, we value our staff immensely and try to continually recognize them for their dedication and hard work. I can assure you that I appreciate everyone equally and my interaction with staff is often tied to the projects they are working on.
