      Pros

      Would give 4.25 stars, but not 5. Everyone has room for improvement. management is reasonable, and fair. Owners are not Nazi's and wont approach you to bust your balls if you are in a slack mode. Overall employees are happy, and work well together. HR isn't bad either.

      Cons

      Most don't, but a couple senior "project" engineers think they are the reason(s) PS exists today. Those same individuals have carte blanche to treat you like an imbecile, or berate you in front of your peers.(see məchanik’) Doesn't work for me...

      Great job / Lowest Pay in the Aerospace Industry

      Pros

      Colleagues and managers will always be nice to you and support you no matter what.

      Cons

      The pay is by far the lowest in this industry. It is low at every entry-mid-senior level of engineering compared to most companies around the US. Hope this gets better in time given the Florida office location is one of the most expensive locations in the US.

      Pros

      Good colleagues, most of whom circulate between the several Jupiter-area gas turbine engineering firms. Company is very good at attracting new business, but is struggling to keep up. Hours very flexible, depending on contract, but policies vary with customer. Pay and benefits are ordinary, PTO is inadequate.

      Cons

      Owners pay little attention internally, leading to project leadership and organization issues resulting in retention problems with the best personnel. PSI will take on contracts they shouldn't, and other firms won't, just to get them on the books, sometimes to the detriment of core projects and customers. Facilities are crowded to the point of people having to share cubicles.
