      Big False promises of Growth and Opprtunities Huge Numbers and targets shown

      Cons

      Worst pay rates and salary hikes Too much politics They use employees and use them against other employees The founders are manipulative, arrogant, fraudsters and they will cheat you one day (just wait for the time) One they get the work done from you, they will fire you or ask to resign. The top management has no sense to talk or behave.

      Pros

      One of the best young and high startup environment to work in if you are passionate about learning. It's not your average 9-5 Job. You are constantly being challenged with problems which has lead to being out of your comfort zone. and the good thing about not being in your comfort zone is that you evolve. and you excel at your field. Trust me the learning curve is good. Not for lazy people. Also, You are treated like a family rather than a employee. You matter.

      Cons

      Sometimes you feel your opinions does not matter with higher authority in the given time. Then they later understand and values your point once they see through.
