Be careful, learn the politics before settling in. If you are not “liked” by the COO you will not succeed here. Your work knowledge and longevity are not taken as a positive contribution nor are they loyal to employees. A lot of nepotism in this company. You are successful if you worked with the COO in the past or a family member. The owners are complacent to whatever happens in the office. They make it clear they are not interested in any conflict and turn a blind eye. It is an interesting atmosphere, owners volunteer in charities, donate do anything they can to help others. Just not their employees. If you have ANY disabilities, stay away from this company. They will not support; they instead threaten your job. I watched it happen and this behavior continued even after a complaint with Div. of Human Rights.
