I have been working at Parseq full-time

    Pros

Teams work well together. The benefits are limited but flexibility is a key one for me in my role. Salary is good and across the operations the company is a real living wage employer.

    Cons

I haven'y come across any cons at present but will revisit if/when I do.

I worked at Parseq full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good bonus schemes. I was on an old contract so had a higher hourly pay, which wasn't fair on everyone else but I happy with it. Good training sessions and friendly reviews.

    Cons

Late working hours as midday start. But this is also good if you like having a lie in.

I have been working at Parseq full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The business is full of friendly and helpful people who will stick with you through thick and thick. The work is quite diverse and can be challenging at times but I find it to be a good side as it encourages you to move forward rather than stand still. There is also some career opportunities available across the business. I have worked at Parseq for almost 5 years now and how and have worked on 2 team and in 3 different roles and enjoyed all of the experience.

    Cons

There could be better benefits for staff especially with the long service.
