Great directors and HR, but project management and training too inconsistent

Pros
Interview process very good, on boarding goes very fast. Directors and HR are really friendly and approachable. Possibilities to work from home and to work 4 days a week. Free public transport for your commute.
Cons
The training process was very fragmented. In a month of training, I had five different people training me, all with their own instructions, often contradictory to one another. I do have to point out, however, that this is just one project of many. Salary is relatively low, no pension scheme. Despite having very young staff overall, no drinks after work culture on the project I worked on.
