      - Professional engineering team with a lot of experience and numerous skills to learn from

      - Leadership struggling to get financials of the company in a stable state. - Managers not getting themselves involved in the project management and the very basic tasks a manager should do for the team of engineers he/she is working with.

      - If you're ambitious and want to learn a lot in the industrial robotics sector, this is a good place to be

      Cons

      - The management is not very transparent about a lot of things. They are also unclear about their future direction. They don't have a robust baseline software stack and it really needs a refactor, but they keep signing customers and customizing their sub-par software for each customer and miss focusing the larger goal.
