      This company is very organized with how the complete the data for the clients. Using the ABA therapy you can really see the developmental growth per client.

      Pros

      Management is easy to contact. BCBAs listen and take your concerns seriously. There's a strong sense of community.

      Cons

      Long, odd hours. Sometimes clients cancel while you're waiting for them to show up so you go home empty handed.

      Pros

      The staff are very supportive of new employees coming in, making sure they have all of the things in place to be successful in a new setting. Everyone is very supportive of each other and willing to answer questions should they arise. The response to the pandemic has been exemplary and has kept the clients and staff safe. Very effective service delivery.

      Cons

      No downsides at the time of this review - will update if they arise.
