Best group of people I've ever worked with

Cons

After being placed under an umbrella with other companies (who were for-profit) it was harder to be focused on doing what's right over what makes money.

Pros

- Your manager will care about you as a person - You'll learn a lot about Salesforce - You'll be helping non-profit arts organizations

Cons

- Client support is very similar to customer support, meaning you may end up having unhappy clients directing their unhappiness at you. - Undervalued and under-compensated - A good percentage of the team was laid off due to COVID-19, so the culture of the company is probably uncertain going forward, along with the future of the company.

Our team at PatronManager was the best team I ever worked with.

Cons

Ever since the company merged with other companies... and the parent company became PatronTechnology, the company has gone very downhill.
