- Management is full of stingy people who will question every expense. In covid times, they simply refused my request to buy office accessories but when entire office asked for the same, management has to reluctantly agree. - In my tenure of just one year I have seen CTO/ CSO getting replaced every quarterly. - If they want to remove someone, they simply hire someone and put them on top. My boss was forced to leave the company the same way. - In terms of security, they give zero care. They have an only fresher guy with like 1-2 year of industry experience and that too in operation that takes care of their security. Security Officer: Nick is very arrogant. Beware of him. He may sack your job. I've seen one good engineer getting fired by him just because he didn't like him. He's the same guy who doesn't even know the full form of GDPR let alone about privacy. - No matter how long you are working in the company, they will see you as a replaceable entity. So, don't expect any growth in this company just because you stayed longest
