      Pros

      A lot of opportunities to make an impact and have a nice interesting place to work, although quite demanding at the same time. Multicultural, but need to be aware of different level of language skills. Surprisingly a lot of tech involved as lots of IT is done inhouse. Willing to develop further and listen to the clients.

      Struggling to find dedicated, efficient and experienced managers.

      Career growth and learning – plenty of opportunities to develop skills, take on responsibilities, and grow within the company. Strong professionals are working here - many things to learn from them everyday.

      Can be challenging for those who prefer a slow, routine job since it is a fast paced environment.
