      there are not many pros

      Cons

      working in silos, no cross functional alignment, little to no vision or strategic decision making. Very difficult to get crossfunctional support, people are happy doing there 9-5 and go home, there is not much hunger to develop and grow the business. CEO is very hands on, micromanaging and very rude.
