Pros

If you are self-motivated and driven, you'd thrive at PayRange. I've seen us punch above our weight more times than I can count. Being a quintessential startup, you are often your own master, and that thrusts you into learning things that you would otherwise won't. PayRange is disrupting an industry that hasn't seen any innovation since the credit card readers, and most of what you'd be doing will be on the leading edge of technology. I bet you, that's not something many people can claim.

Cons

Every company goes through its ups and downs and so did PayRange. I wish we had pivoted sooner in some cases when we saw the writing on the wall.
