Company wishes three main goals: give people a chance most other companies wouldn't, hopes to grow so large that everyone makes more money than they ever had and to change the lives of those that are employed there and beyond.

Cons

Every growing business has bumps, none have been insurmountable.

The coworkers are the best part, as a sales rep its a great in between job. not a career move. College job

hours for a retail organization are not bad. managers and upper level management are great to work with. They really do want to see you do well and succeed.

Cons

expect a lot for little compensation. you could hit almost double your sales goals and only take home an extra 200$ on your check.

Cons

No benefits, no structure. Expected store managers to work 60+ hours a week for only a salary of $27K. After commission you were maybe making $30K a year.
