Working at Peeq feels like being part of a small but mighty team that genuinely cares about the people we work with - both clients and candidates. It’s not just lip service: we’re in it for the long game, building relationships with depth and integrity in a market that’s often transactional. You’ll work directly with the founders, who bring years of HR recruitment experience, bags of energy, and a huge amount of empathy. The pace is fast, the market is tough right now, but there’s a strong sense of purpose behind everything we do. You’re given trust and autonomy from day one, and ideas are not only welcomed – they’re expected.
Cons
It’s a small business, so you’ll need to be comfortable wearing multiple hats and getting stuck in where needed. There’s less structure than in a big agency, and some of the systems are still being built as we go. If you like everything polished and process-driven, it might feel scrappy at times.
